My practice combines Chiropractic with massage and sports medicine to provide the highest quality care for the patient. When the spine is out of alignment the muscles reflexively spasm as a guarding mechanism. The goal of the treatments is to relax and retrain the muscles while getting the spine aligned and moving properly. My practice is significantly different than most Chiropractors. Treatment may include ultrasound, stretching, massage, myofascial release, therapeutic exercise, and spinal or extremity adjustments. To provide this type of care my average appointment is 20-30 minutes unlike most Chiropractors. I have found that combining these therapies provides faster and longer lasting results for the patient.
