My
practice combines Chiropractic with massage and sports medicine to provide the
highest quality care for the patient. When the spine is out of alignment the
muscles reflexively spasm as a guarding mechanism. The goal of the treatments is to relax the muscles while getting the spine aligned and moving properly. Treatment usually
includes ultrasound, massage, myofascial release, and spinal or extremity adjustments. To provide this type of care my average
appointment is about 30 minutes. I have found that combining these therapies
provides faster and longer lasting results for the patient.
Beginning this September, 2011, I am beginning the Masters of Physical Therapy program at Sacramento State University. I am very excited to expand my knowledge and skills so that I will be able to help more people. I will continue practicing part time while I am in school full time. I look forward to serving my patients in Elk Grove.
