365 Days of Exercise - Week 5,6,&7

So, week 5 and 6 went by with no exercise at all, but I'm back on track this week with two days of Exercise. I'm not giving it up. I still want to do at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday. I think it is an achievable goal. It doesn't sound unreasonable to me. It is just going to take some more planning and discipline to make this behavior change. I know there is enough time in the day to squeeze in 30 minutes. I just have to find different ways to keep myself motivated.
